Ergonomics in Gynecology and Obstetrics? “LINET says Yes!”
Ergonomically correct work procedures and the appropriate equipment can not only reduce the physical burden on doctors and nurses, but also provide greater patient comfort. You can see how easy it is during the Ergonomic Advantages During Labor & Delivery Process session, led by Koen de Doncker, ergonomist and clinical coach, that will be held on June 20 in Beirut, Lebanon.
The program will focus on describing and practicing ergonomic work in gynecological clinics. It will acquaint the participants with the advantages of the Gracie gynecological workplace, which includes an integrated Full HD colposcope in addition to electrical positioning and multifunctionality. The session participants will also learn how to support the natural delivery process on the special AVE 2 birthing bed. This highly adjustable bed offers a wide variety of positions and gives the mother an opportunity to choose her desired birthing position. It also provides a safe and comfortable environment during all stages of childbirth.
